Physical Education Program

We’ve designed our Physical Education (PE) Program with diversity in mind. Our program matures with the student as they progress through grade levels. We encourage our students to discover their own interests in physical activity and literacy through a range of themes across varying environments. Our goal is to inspire life-long physical activity that transcends beyond their school years.

Primary (K to Gr. 3)

Activity-based program to develop fundamental movement skills. It encourages our young learners to develop physically, cognitively, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

Elementary (Gr. 4 to 6)

A broad range of movement activities with a focus on Alternative, Court and Field, Fitness, Leadership/Cooperative, Outdoor and Rhythmic.

High School (Gr. 7 to 12)

A broad range of movement activities with a focus on Fitness Pursuits, Innovative Games and Activities, and Team/Group Games and Activities.
